If you are like us and you haven’t been to bonefish grill in a while, it’s time to go back!!! The ONLY reason we returned (our last experience was not-so-great to put it kindly) is because my husband saw an ad for the specials and wanted to try one of them. Admittedly, I hesitated but eventually agreed. I’m so glad I did! Our server, Ann, was the best server I’ve had in probably 20 years. She’s an absolute delight! And if you’re reading this management, this lady deserves a promotion and a raise. Ann is so knowledgeable about the menu and made thoughtful recommendations for us. She was polite and professional. I always have a great experience dining here. Candun is an amazing server…always friendly, attentive, and very pleasant. She truly helps make each visit enjoyable. I usually order the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli, and it’s consistently fresh, well-seasoned, and delicious every time. The food quality and excellent customer service keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent our server was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations. The Bang Bang Shrimp, for example, had way too much sauce, which overpowered the flavor instead of enhancing it. Overall, the food was mediocre, especially for the price, but the great service definitely stood out.

Overall good experience. The food came in great portions and the service was relatively quick, I think they are usually slow on weekdays so there’s not alot of staff working so there might be a slight delay in getting a servers attention as they are pretty much working nonstop; regardless everyone was helpful and in good spirits.

I really enjoy BoneFish- I try to eat at different locations when I can. I had to post about the Koury Blvd location in Greensboro because the service & experience was AMAZING! Bailey and Cheyenne were my bartenders/ servers and they MADE my dinner with family perfect! Great food recommendations, the drinks made were absolutely amazing & the restaurant atmosphere was wonderful!
