Bonchon King of Prussia

Friends in the city rave about Bonchon chicken so I was excited to discover this location when we were starting to get the hangry at the mall. I didn’t know much except that it’s fried chicken and it’s delicious. Luckily there was a super helpful woman at the counter to assist us. She walked us through the menu items, explained the various options and even let my friend try one of the sauces to make sure it wasn’t too spicy! Our order was ready quickly and it lived up to the hype! The chicken was fresh and perfectly fried, the seasoning and flavors on point. And the Bulgogi fries? Amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

Today I bought chicken to take home, and this is a picture of my box of chicken. The chicken was marinated with a lot of MSG, with whole grains of MSG clinging to it. It’s very harmful to health.

Tteokpokki was a little bit too spicy for my taste. Good dumplings, though!

The food is amazing, been here so often I have had almost the whole menu. Thankfully I have this location near by.

Service: Quick and friendly. Food: I did not enjoy my meal. The chicken was too salty and lacked good flavor while the fries were quite greasy. Although it is conveniently located, I do not think I will return any time soon.
