Bojangles

To say I'm severely disappointed is an understatement. Stopped in with my husband (I've never been to a BoJangles before and have always wanted to try, but I've never seen one in Missouri where I'm from) so he stopped in for me to try it. First off, the girl at the register has the attitude of a wet mop. She did not smile, and frankly acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there. Did not have a customer service attitude in the slightest. We ordered our food and my husband went to the restroom while I tried to find a seat, but every table except 1 was filthy or the chairs to that table were. Finally found a bench seat table that seemed clean so I sat down. I went to the restroom while my husband was getting our food when it was ready, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Up

The staff is getting better, and manager Beth she is a very pleasant person, tries to make things correct, with a smile. And seems to be trying to get staff to speak and smile more , and brings stuff to her attention that not correct. Believe she made difference come back from woodfin. But must say she rocked woodfin...

Staff was great. Honored my coupons, didn't give me a hard time abt anything. Even gave me extra lemon for my water 😉 this one is a good store lol

We love the 12 piece Bo-bites with honey mustard dipping sauce, a side, biscuit and a drink (my husband and I shared it. The chicken bites are moist, tender, crispy and not spicy. We often do take-out like today.

Was waiting in line behind someone who presumably ordered the entire menu. Then they let them go away without paying so we had to wait longer and then they charged us for their $39 dollar order! The people in front of us just got to leave without paying while we had to STILL pay for our food! Not coming here again thanks!
