Bojangles

I went there on 3/7/2026 to pick up an order for a customer and i was kind of a large order but Ms. Brooks got the dine in guest in and out as quickly as she could to help with the order I was there to pick up. GREAT TEAM WORK! This shift was on Point. Thank you to all of the ones that helped with this order.

Chicken was fresh out of the fryer. The sides were warm and delicious. And the staff was kind and friendly. Just wish the dinners came with tea rather than spending another $2.99 for a drink.

Upon placing our order and completing payment of $27.60, we were instructed to pull into a designated parking spot to await its delivery. Crucially, no receipt was provided at the point of sale; we were informed it would be included with our order upon delivery. After an initial wait of approximately 35 minutes, during which there was absolutely no communication or attempt to deliver our order, we decided to re-enter the drive-thru lane to inquire the drive-thru lane to inquire about our purchase or a potential refund. Following an additional 19-minute wait in the drive-thru, a staff member informed us that a refund could not be processed due to the absence of management, stating they were the only individuals authorized for such transactions. The down fall here at first it wasn’t very clean… but I figured maybe it was because it was cleaning time. As I was leaving I went to fill my drink and a roach came out by the drink station… I almost puked. Clearly there is a roach problem if the come out with people around… on the way out the door I noticed a dead roach in the door way. I’m really grossed out. The people there were very nice tho

The woman who runs the window (i believe her name is Rose) is so incredibly patient and kind. The driver infront of me had an issue and was getting loud with them for a few minutes, then when i pulled up she still had a big smile on her face like a true customer service professional.
