Bojangles

Bojangles in Sylva NC is a great place to stop for breaks between college classes. The food is always fresh and tasty and the staff are friendly and quick with orders. I usually get the number 10 5 piece meal large sized with a pink lemonade with no ice and it always hits the spot. The chicken is crispy and full of flavor the biscuits are warm and soft and the fries are always seasoned just right. The place is clean and has a nice relaxed feel so it is a good spot to sit for a bit before heading back to class. Overall Bojangles in Sylva NC is a solid stop during the day with good food good service and a welcoming atmosphere.

To Whom It May Concern, I recently had a very frustrating experience at your Bojangles location. I ordered a sweet Cream Iced Coffee with my meal and was asked to pull forward after being handed the drink. When I tried it, it was extremely bitter and not sweet at all — nothing like what I ordered. I went back inside and politely asked if I could get a side of syrup or if there was anything they could do to fix it. Instead of offering a simple solution, I was told they “couldn’t do anything about it,” and the interaction felt dismissive and rude. Since I did not want to waste a drink I didn’t enjoy, I returned with the coffee to request a refund. I was then told they could not issue a refund because there was no manager of high enough status available. No solution was offered, and no effort

Came through at lunch time around 1pm. Ordered a Cajun filet biscuit which was soggy and falling apart and the chicken was dry as if it were made at breakfast. The mashed potatoes and gravy I ordered came with no gravy and the potatoes were scraped from the bottom of the pot and served to me as pictured:

This has got to be a "Bill Frizzell location" because I was treated amazing by the staff. Seems like these western north carolina locations hold their employees to a higher standard where i cannot say the same for other fast food establishments not named Bojangles. Seriously, go get some food here and youll see that you will get the same level of kind, southern service and hot food in a quick time frame!!! Woman working the window and gentleman in the kitchen were both very sweet and kind. The Canton NC store also deserves a shout out as they always offer the same love to their customers. 5 stars, only because I cant give 6!
