Bojangles

Not checking over chicken. Just coating and frying. All my chicken had feathers.

Pulled up to the drive through, the attitude because they couldnt hear me. I repeated 3 times, a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo with a large sweet tea. They gave me a regular tea and just the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. They regularly mess up my order here, today was just the last straw.

The staff was nice. The food was cold and the restaurant was FILTHY‼️ I had to ask the manager to get someone to clean the dining area. The lady that cleaned or should I say so-called cleaned, wiped the tables down with water only and complained about night shift not doing their job…Keep in mind this was around 1 PM so, I said so this dining area has been looking this way since opening and she said YES I could not believe it! Anyway, like I said, she only wiped the table. No vacuuming, which had food, paper, and everything else in the floor. This place needs new management for sure‼️ I immediately called the Bojangles Comment line smh…

Every time I go I ask for extra seasoning because they never season them. Was literally the only person in line and there IS NONE. Over 75% of the time I get cajun filet biscuit the chicken is super thin or the biscuits is white and falling apart. Don’t understand how you can have one order and still mess it up. Also they charge you 50 cent for a honey mustard when you get a combo? last i checked combos come with a sauce . Don’t recommend

The food was good but going through the drive through who’s idea was it to put the person with T. rex arms at the window like I swear I should have to reach all the way through the window to give her the money or the get my drink and food then her she wants to give a attitude the whole time
