Bojangles

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had here. William (the manager) leads a great team. We come here all the time but this time has been hands down the best. Food was super fresh, service was fantastic, we did have to wait a few minutes but DEFINITELY worth the wait! The only complaint I have is I ate too much because it was SOO dang good!

I stopped eating Bojangles years ago because the food is garbage. Everytime I went to this location or any location my food was never right and it was always cold never fresh. A couple of weeks ago I decided to give you guys another chance and it was fabulous best fried chicken i had eat in a long time. So I ordered lunch there a few days later and it was back to they way I remembered Bojangles food was cold and not fresh at all. I thought maybe yall might be having a bad day, Short staffed or something like that so I gave yall the benefit of the doubt.I order online today and had my son go and pick it up. I asked for no tomato and I got only mayo on it and once again it was cold and hard. Then I look at my receipt and noticed you have a 50 cent pickup service charge for picking up my own

This is sad to say, but the fries were really cold and tasted like they had been reheated. The biscuits were inedible and very hard. The cut chicken was decent, but my daughter's supremes' tasted off. Not sure what the issue is but this is the first time that I have experienced this at the Louisburg location. Very disappointed.

mane idk what the other reviews talking about. everytime i get my food it’s steaming hot and taste amazing. they always put extra sauce or jelly and ask questions before i leave !!

People love to gather here. I suggest adding the available Fry Seasoning Shaker to your sausage gravy, which can be ordered with or without a patty. You can add extra seasoning to your fries yourself or ask for extra when you order your fries. Combos can include orange juice, a substitute for soda (add a little to your go water cup all day!) Chicken supremes have more flavor than most chicken tenders. The country ham biscuit is a local favorite. Grape or strawberry jelly is available. Dirty rice is sanitary ;) and delicious with sausage bits in it....Enjoy the fast and friendly service. A favorite of locals ever since it opened, I pray Bojangles is here to stay!
