Bojangles

First time to a Bojangles. It was pretty tasty. We had the supreme 4 piece meal. My hubby and I split it and got a side of beans. Biscuits were a 10!! Plenty of food. Got sweet tea…ordered unsweet. Staff was friendly. Not overly helpful guiding us through our first experience there. The dining area was not very clean. The bathroom was clean ish. But def needs some updating. Overall decent fast food. Better than KFC

Thursday Feb 19 2026 3:00pm, Terrible dining room mess left by day crew, management needs to do better imagine how bad it is in the kitchen health inspector would fail them immediately, also its like this EVERY day. i see a young hispanic man always cleaning it and that is UNFAIR, Terrible place to eat if you care for your health.

Food is normally good. Just hate the attitudes when you ask for extra sauce.. a 4pc tender box should come with 2 but I dont have an issue paying more for extra sauce so the attitudes and looks aren't necessary smh

IDK how far out of the way you have to go to get that many incompetent people behind one counter,but this place is willing to go that far. And then some. Zero of the order is correct. The Pepsi is tea and I payed $12.07 for a SEC borounds and a drink. A $7.49 combo . After 17 min of standing in line,,was offered a refund. Naw,give me my over charged items so I can leave b4 anymore of this incopentance can absorb to me.

I went through the drive thru and for over $10 got 1 chicken breast and a half cup each of potatoes and coleslaw. The chicken breast had excessive skin. Not the crispy, crunchy type I was craving. This was the loose, jiggly kind like on my grandma's arm that hangs down. I pulled it off and was eating the chicken that was good, until I pulled off a medium long blond hair. Then I was done. The containers for the potatoes and coleslaw looked like a good size, but they have a false bottom. It reminded me of shrinkflation. The cashier at the window was efficient and the line moved quicker than anticipated. It's been a while since I visited them, probably gonna be a while before I go back.
