Second visit and second review. I waited several months in between visits to allow for kinks to work out in a new place. I am glad I came back a second time. I got exactly the same thing both times and there was a definite improvement. My BLT was perfect, full of bacon and tomato and the bread was lightly toasted. My husband tried the vegtable beef soup and the bacon grilled cheese. It had plenty of bacon and cheese. The soup had chunks of beef and an excellent flavor. Service was attentive and very pleasant. Glad to have a another choice in La Grange to eat and next time we will try them for breakfast.

Nice little Cafe with friendly staff & great menu options. The House Chips are amazing… Get them! Our sandwiches were delicious. The restaurant is clean & the experience was prompt & pleasant.

Came in for lunch today and had the most pleasant experience and the most delicious lunch. I felt like I got the perfect amount of food for my money and the waitress was probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever talked to in my life. I had the chicken, bacon, ranch wrap, and I added some of their boom boom sauce to it. For dessert I tried the banana pudding cheesecake, and it literally made me cry It was so delicious.😆 I will definitely be back!

I’m sad that my first experience at this cafe was this bad. I love a small business and decided to pop in to try it for dinner tonight. The cafe is very cute but seating is limited. If you want to sit at a table, there is only room for 4. My family of 6 came in to eat so we squished into a table. The waitress taking our order made us repeat ourselves every time we finished speaking. I got mozzarella sticks for an appetizer that did not come out until after I had gotten my food. My husband and I both got the grilled chicken breast which on the menu says it’s $10 with two sides. We were charged $13 each. The kids were charged $1.50 for drinks despite the menu saying they were included with the meal. We had to ask for refills every time we needed a drink. And the cherry on top is the chicken

Food was delicious, service was amazing. Wishing people would understand that brand new business will have hiccups, and that a little grace goes a long way. Instead of leaving ugly reviews, maybe speak to the managers first to assess the issues instead of trashing a brand new business, just a thought. As for us, the food and service was 10/10 and we had NO complaints. We will be back!!
