UPDATE: well my review as of 11/15 was pretty harsh, and honestly it should have been. That being said I did decide to return today. This time of the year is so busy and my husband and I decided to see if this BoJangles would make good on their offer to replace my meal for no charge. Let me say we were pleasantly surprised! They had no for warning I was coming in. I just showed up and asked for Chip (this was who I spoke with last time). Chip was not there so I explained to the cashier I had an issue with my last meal and was promised a replacement. So he informed the manager who came and spoke with me. He was actually the General Manager his name is Jamie. Jamie had seen my review and he was very very apologetic, and replaced the meal we had last time! He wished he had a way to contact

This place needs some serious training, new management and learning of how a restaurant operates. Took over 30 minutes to get biscuits, then we were told they forgot to cook our BO Rounds, they forgot to bake our Berry Biscuits and coffee taste like the coffee grounds had been reused, coffee looked like dirty water. Came in about 5 minutes before dining room close and they were so insanely sweet. Didnt want us to feel rushed and Heather and Rylee are amazing. So so sweet and absolutely made my day.

They were out of the first two items my wife wanted. Then they were out of two of the side items she wanted. They got my order wrong. We waited a long time to get our food. The table was so nasty I went out to the car for some wipes. And while I'm complaining, the music was very weird and it was too cold in the dining room. It wasn't a good experience. This restaurant has some serious management issues. Our receipt number is 20058.
