Excellent experience at Bojangles! The service was fast, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious, exactly what you expect and hope for. What really stood out was how clean everything was, especially the bathrooms, which were spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear this location takes pride in both their food and customer experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Bojangles never disappoints! Every time I come here, the food is hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and crispy, and the biscuits are always soft, buttery, and made just right. The staff has been super friendly and welcoming, which honestly makes the experience even better.

Please clean your grills and care about the quality of your products. I was nice and showed them the pic of these. Then when my food was remade, the eggs are still horrible quality from a dirty grill.

Dear Bojangles Customer Care, I am writing to share my disappointment with the service and food quality I recently experienced at two of your North Carolina locations while visiting from Florida. On 8/21, my boyfriend and I visited the Bojangles located at 1507 Smokey Park Hwy, Candler, NC 28715. We both ordered the three-piece meal (one leg and two thighs). The cashier informed us they only had six pieces of chicken available, all legs. We agreed to wait the 15 minutes it would take to cook fresh chicken and told them we would return after visiting the Shell station next door. When we returned 15–20 minutes later, we were told the chicken still had not been cooked — despite several cars being served in the drive-through during that time.
