Bojangles

I like to say I’m very disappointed I went to bojangles to get a individual fry, went through the drive thru , left had to come back the first one was hard like it was recooked because they did have heat to them the potato was dried out , so I go back ask kindly for them to remake which they do no issue , my first fry I asked for extra seasoning so when the young lady brings me the second one out I kindly ask for the extra seasoning to be put back on them but with as light as these fries are this tells me there was never any seasoning on them and what I asked for was the first time seasoning was put on them I took I picture for proof they are plain and nasty now I’m annoyed because I love them extra seasoning but you barely put any like fix one thing to mess up the next

Shamira the manager on shift around 3PM on 7/4 needs a full on attitude adjustment. I ordered a 4 piece supremes meal with fries and then an individual dirty rice. As waiting in the drive through I checked my box and there were no fries and I showed the cashier. He went to speak with her and she refused to acknowledge me or provide the fries I paid for. She took it out on the cashier and yelled at him “I’m the manager and I’ve made my decision” and then the cashier closed the door on me. Completely rude service from the Manager working. The cashier was doing his best and I applaud him for having to put up with that woman he’s working under. She’s a disgrace.

I liked the three piece chicken meal which included two fried chicken thighs, one fried chicken leg, a delicious homemade biscuit, fries, and a pretty large drink all for around $9. That’s a very good value for delicious southern fast food. Everything was nice and crispy with a hint of spice. The only issue was that the dining room is closed and I had to go through a long drive through line. If you’re willing to wait for your “fast” food, then I’d definitely recommend getting food from here.

I had a bad experience with a women that worked there. She sounded like she was from Jamaica. I order 2 Chicken Supreme dinners and I asked for 1 of each BBQ sauce and Honey Mustard sauce for both meals and she said ok. She read me back my order and then I paid. Well when she gave me my food ( I ordered inside the restaurant) there was 1 BBQ sauce and 1 Honey Mustard sauce, so I asked for my other sauces. She picked up the receipt and looked at it and told me that I had only asked for 1 of each sauce and I told her no I didn't, I had asked for 1 of each sauce for both meals ( this is the same women that took my order ). She began arguing with me, in front of a couple other customers, about some damn sauce and then told me that if I wanted the other sauce then I would have to $.25 for each

I got a cheddar Bo biscuit with hash rounds and both were completely over cooked and hard! I stop here almost every other morning for breakfast for work, the only thing that was good was my tea! They should be ashamed sending this out the window!
