What a cozy little place! There was a good amount of boba tea to choose from. It was difficult to select one. The ramen choices were limited, but it wasn't bad. My husband inhaled his ramen, but I was full from the strawberry slush boba drink, so I shared mine. It was worth visiting!
We came here on a rainy Saturday for takeout ramen. This Boba and Ramen spot is the same owner as the Thai restaurant across the street, which is very good, so we had high hopes. What we got: Tonkasu Ramen Miso Ramen Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Both rameens we got had a disappointing amount of protein. Two very small and thin pieces of pork chashu in each. The noodles in each were overcooked. We weren’t expecting a homemade broth, but for the price, I was expecting more chashu and toppings. I did appreciate they came with a whole egg. The woman at the counter was friendly, and the interior was cute. I’d probably go back to try the boba tea but would skip the ramen.
This was the first time I didn't finish a cup of boba. I ordered the strawberry yogurt milk tea with pearls and an order of pork shumai. Starting off, great drink selection and well priced. Pearls had a great texture, however the taste felt off. I am aware that yogurt curdles, but yogurt based drinks that I had in the past never curdled this much. Next, the pork shumai tasted almost like it was frozen and made by a microwave. I also paid 7.95 for this, making it over $1 per shumai. Not worth it. Dumpling wrapper was too soft and the taste was bland as well. I could've went to Trader Joes and for $3.99, microwave my own and it would taste better. Service took a bit of time as well, despite being one of two groups in the restaurant.
My fiancee and I came for lunch and it was delicious! We both had mango fruity with cherry boba. We also had Takoyaki balls, tonkatsu and miso Ramen. Everything was delicious and the inside is decorated so cute! We really enjoyed the chill atmosphere and yummy food. Can't wait to go back!
I had the bulgogi bowl and a passion fruit tea with mango popping pearls. The bubble tea is pretty standard. Exactly what you expect stopping for bubble tea. Bulgogi bowl was really good. The spice from the kimchi can easily overpower but they did a great job pairing it with the bulgogi which has a good sweetness to it.
