Being from the south, I have really been wanting a HOMECOOKED county fried streak. I pass Bob Evans every day on the way to work.So I decided to stop in one morning and order one. Let's just say I could've gotten a frozen Patty and corn for $2 at Kroger.In a frozen meal that would have been better than what I got. It bothered me so bad that they just threw some frozen food in a plate that I called up there and told them how disappointed I was the manager was very , very nice and very accommodating , and she told me the next time I wanted a meal to call them. This morning , I called and decided to give them another chance but I told her I wanted something that was handbreaded and fried,. She suggested the chicken , so I said , great , and I took her advice. This is what I got.It was

Pretty good, as expected. Was a new cook so country fried steak was over cooked and chewy. But all considered good food good staff. This location continues to be great. Highly recommend this location!

There was a little bit of a wait, which I believe due to staffing. But once we were sat, the service was nice and welcoming. The french toast tasted great, like it was homemade. The chicken sausage was also pretty good. They had a non-caffeinated (lemon ginger) hot tea which was nice. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would definitely come again.

Oh. Bobby, it finally happened. I’m disappointed ☹️. I know the girl was new but we went through it 4 times. Gravy on the side. Okay okay I can get past that. But the excess of pepper and yellow grease or butter 🤷‍♀️. I still love you but we will talk tomorrow. See you at work. Be safe and warm today 🫶🏼
