Bob Evans in Fairview Heights, IL is hands down my favorite breakfast spot! My husband and I have been going there for years, and it’s always a great experience. One thing that stands out is how many of the same friendly workers have been there forever, which says a lot about the management and how well they treat their staff – very little turnover. On this visit, I ordered the Farmer’s Choice and swapped the usual meat for the new chicken fingers. Let me tell you – I ended up with way more food than I expected! My Son ordered the Sausage Gravy. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious, as always. Even on the rare occasion that something isn’t quite right, they never complain and always fix it with a smile. Sonya, our server greeted us warmly. She immediately took ownership of our breakfast experience. She is very attentive and personable. All the food was piping hot and delicious! Lacy from the kitchen did a great presentation of our meals. It was quite apparent to us that Lacy and Sonya were genuinely invested in our Bob Evans dining experience!

Really lovely experience. This was our first time in this location and we were impressed with the cleanliness, quality of food and our server was super friendly as well. The menus were clean (sadly that does not happen often) and everything tasted delicious. The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking possibilities. We will definitely come back when in the area!
