Blue Coyote Bakery

This bakery recently opened in town, and we LOVE IT! Jordyn is absolutely the sweetest person, and a fabulous business owner always willing to work with you, make things right and whip up your special order pre orders! She goes above and beyond. Her bakery is chic and cozy... Her hours are limited as of now because she is a one woman show, she doesn't have employees, she does it all and she deserves all the support! We make it a point in our family to know her hours and RUN for her goodies! I have a very picky child who absolutely loves her cinnamon rolls in any form (rolls, bites, etc) if you haven't stopped in, be sure to do so.. you won't regret it! The goodies are absolutely amazing and will keep you going back!

I stopped in this new bakery for the first time. It's a cute bakery with very limited hours of operation. Jordyn, the owner, said for now she's open Tuesdays & Thursdays 7am-2pm, or until she sells out. I arrived at 9:15 and everything was almost gone! Jordyn said that she might add more days at some point, which she'd consider "bonus days." She also said to ensure that customers get what they want, to call ahead to pre-order. I bought chocolate chip muffins YUMMMM, cinny rolls YUMMMM and a couple cake pops which I gifted to my friend's toddler. Those were the only things left in the case. I'm glad Grantsburg finally has a bakery, but a bit disappointed about the hours and limited supply. It closed at 9:40 today.

I'd been hotly anticipating the opening of Blue Coyote Bakery and I wasn't disappointed. It's really cute inside, not overdecorated. I bought a loaf of artisan sour dough bread opening day. Crisp crust, tender inside. YUM!!! Next time I bought a cinnamon bun. I was the envy of all my friends! 🤤 Now I bought the sour dough sandwich loaf which is a bit softer. Just the way I like my sandwiches. Her hours are limited at this time but I don't mind waiting. As the business progresses she'll be open more. I LOVE IT! You will too!
