Bloomfield Deli + Catering

Tucked into a little strip just off Woodward with office buildings all around, this suburban deli is probably the antithesis of a NYC deli: quiet, relaxing, more like a coffee house with food instead. They do a heck of a takeaway business as I found out while I ate in. An avuncular gentleman greeted me well before I made it to the counter. Great sense of humor, too. He joked with the other staff when not waiting on customers. I ordered a full Chicken Greek grilled wrap. Everything is available as full or half. Full wraps are $13, halves are $10. The other sandwiches are similarly priced. Only had to wait a couple minutes for my sandwich to be made. It was mildly flavored, the Greek/Italian dressing & feta really the only flavor involved. No olives, lots of iceberg and some tomato accompani

We went in the evening, Los Gatos, pretty crazy it was as amazing as the Deli food. This place is my top go to.

Long wait for a take out sandwich. Ordered turkey Reuben, which is my "go-to" at new places. Only other people were the children of employees/owner? A couple of people did come in while i was waiting. Took the sandwich home before opening container. One very thin slice of turkey, could not taste it. Thin slice of cheese and a little dressing. The only thing I could really taste was the sauerkraut which was overwhelming. Bread was good, I have to say but, even that was hard to taste over the sauerkraut. Will not be returning and do NOT recommend.

Amazing food (the turkey club is my personal favorite and turkey Reuben is a favorite for our office, we love their catering)! 10/10 recommend for a wonderful lunch that won't disappoint.

Best deli! The chicken Greek wrap is the best sandwich of all time!!!!
