Blake's Lotaburger

They are using a different style of bun. Not a bad change. I always order with cheese and chili sauce. Put the chili sauce on the side. Very SPICY HOT, on the side,let's us control the amount of chili. Very good meal for lunch or dinner. Natural cut fries. Breakfast burritos are served all day long..

I love Lotaburger as a native New Mexican, and whenever I have to travel through NM, I like stopping at Gallup to go to this location. They always cook well, serve it promptly and have clean bathrooms and eating area. The parking is easy to navigate and they offer a drive thru as well. Lots of seating too. The staff are kind, patient and helpful. Definetly a nice place to sit down and eat while you're traveling. The green chili cheeseburger combo is a classic entry in the menu especially if you've never been here before.

I placed an online order here twenty minutes prior to arrival and then went to the register where I waited in line for 10 minutes. When I finally got to the register they told me my order was not ready. After waiting in the restaurant for twenty minutes I got in line again and they pulled my order out from the counter and gave it to me. It had been ready the ENTIRE time. TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND EAT ELSEWHERE! Maybe it’s time for a new crew or an uptraining for your staff. Do better New Mexico. Never coming back here.

As always, I have to get a New Mexico-style Lotaburger when passing through the state; enjoyed my burger, onion rings, and strawberry shake.

So after the restaurant we had planned on going to was closed, we stopped at Blake's Lotaburger. It happened to be national onion ring day, so we chose onion rings. I had a chicken sandwich with hatch green chili added and my husband had a New Mexican style lotaburger with a chocolate shake. The food was amazing, the onion rings were so good, and the hatch green chilies on each sandwich were perfection. I would recommend and will eat there again when in Gallup.
