Oh my goodness!!! A friend told me about the Strawberry Crunch cake that he said was “the best cake he’s ever had”….that’s all I needed to hear. I did some “googling” to find out who made this “best cake” - found out it came from Blackberry Confections out of Gahanna. Went to the website and went berserk looking at everything, mouth watering, trying to decide what I was gonna order. Ended up ordering 4 cake jars!! Now when the presentation appeals to your eyes then the product itself is more than likely gonna be even better. Baby, let me tell you IT IS, and IT WAS ALL THAT! I ordered a Strawberry crunch cake, and 3 different other flavors that I will give a review when I get to them. When I took the lid off, there was a protective covering, pulled that back and I was in strawberry heaven!
I have enjoyed so many different dessert options, but the chocolate ganache is my favorite. It's the moist chocolately cake and icing...these confections NEVER disappoint! I got mine, go get yours!
