They often forget things. Sat in the drive through the other day waiting for a food item, the girl turned around and began to talk with coworkers before turning to window to ask if we needed anything else. We told her that we were missing our food items and she laughed and got them. It no big deal but this is a common thing with this specific location. Definitely avoid if you’re in a rush and not wanting to wait for them to get the correct order. Every visit theres something missing or something the worker has to remember to get. Messed up drinks on multiple occasions.

I’ve been going here for many years now and this location is my favorite. They’re good at making their drinks and the food they have is delicious. My favorite is an iced Irish coffee or blackout. Their fuels are really good as well, my go to is a iced pomegranate grapefruit fuel. If you ever have a specific drink you want to make, they will make it no problem. The workers are always nice and easy to talk to. There’s only been one time when I’ve gotten attitude from one of the workers. They made my drink wrong and I asked them to remake it. Maybe they were just having a bad day, you never know. Other than that, this is a great location and I love going there.

1st time here, charge me for small drinks and then gave me kids sizes. 2nd time, over charges me on shakes. (Added extra oreo when I didnt want it that way) 3rd(and this will be my last time to this location) it took over 15 mins to get me coffee. With people who just ordered in the drive thru reciving there drinks before me. Not a single person working looked like they had any hussle. They all were just taking there sweet time.

Even though there’s a location closer to me, I always choose this one. The service here is fast, efficient, and the staff is always polite. The coffee is consistently great, and I love trying the seasonal menu items. Definitely worth going out of my way for!

Drive through or walk in. I drove through and ordered a mint chip chiller as sugar free as possible. The chips are not sugar free and I substitute the ice cream mix with 2% Milk or cream. I also had cinnamon coffee cake warmed up. The smell of warm cinnamon filled my car and felt like Autumn was just around the corner.
