I was told by many people to use the BJs bakery for my engagement cake. The cake that was handed to me was the most horrific cake I have ever seen. I would have just made it myself if I knew this was going to be the end result and saved myself the time and stress. When I handed back the cake due to the poor quality there was no offer to make it better. He said to me “oh, you’re not taking it?” Now my engagement party is without a cake. I will never recommend this place or come back.
Bakery is fresh and full of variety. The only thing that I would say as a downside is changing the portion and packaging of one of the multigrain buns.
