they used to do hand pulled beef soup noodles,I always order online. but nowadays, they just provide the machine cut noodle. I went to eat in store. I can believe the condition of the cleaness. very dusty everywhere... that’s legitimately disappointing. A few things jump out: Hand-pulled → machine-cut is already a downgrade in soul and texture When a place cuts corners on the food, it often means they’re cutting corners elsewhere too Seeing dusty surfaces in the dining area is a huge red flag, because: What you see out front is usually the cleanest part Kitchens are rarely cleaner than the customer area. So disappointed.
Always come here for takeout. Food is great as well as a takeout package with reasonable price. - Crispy burger with pork is amazing. I had it after 10 minutes and it was still hot. Nice to have it when it’s still hot and crispy. - Dian dian noodles are yummy. Soup was packed separately from noodles. Portion of stewed beef and veggies are reasonable. Quite disappointed with hand-ripped noodles as they got solid in chuck when not hot anymore even though I put soup into them. Next time I’ll get other noodles.
Not alot of seating, but This place is a great lunch spot. I ordered the popular stewed beef noodle soup w.pulled noodles. I prefer the regular noodles. The soup was flavorful and the spice was perfect, it wasn't too spicy.
Great value for money! We got the hand-pulled dry noodles with cumin lamb and a few sides to share - cucumber salad, spiced veggies, chicken dumplings. Very tasty and definitely simple food for NYC. The lasagna like noodles were plentiful at the base of the bowl. So filling we couldn’t finish the noodles and we shared the bowl.
The beef burgers and the pork burgers are my favorite items there, the noodles look amazing though I’ve never tried. The burgers are loaded with meat and flaky and crispy just perfect. Prices are good and the vibes are chill and employees are helpful.
