Came here for dinner and shared a bunch of appetizers including the baguette, ravioli, frites, and steam buns, and everything was amazing. Each dish had a ton of flavor and was perfect for sharing. We finished with the ube cheesecake and it was unreal and easily a highlight of the night. Great food, great vibe, and a spot I would absolutely come back to. Highly recommend.
Super meal with great service. Arrived ahead of our 6 pm reservation, so we got the happy hour discount for wine and my terrific Wagyu smash burger (Monday special). Combined that with the house salad, and my wife got the coconut rice with carrots and mushrooms (Les Legumes). The fries that came with the burger were the best I have ever tasted (I’m 75!), seasoned with herbs de Provence (with a touch of lavender!). Man, they were good, crunchy and soft on the inside, not too salty. We split a honey cake dessert with very fresh fruit. A very pleasant experience indeed!
Kristin took such great care of us. We dined in on our last night in town. We had the scallops, fresh fish, burger and curry soup. Everything we had was phenomenal and she even threw in a crème brûlée for my boyfriend’s birthday! Great dinner, great company & great service!
I had the pleasure of dining at Bistronomy last night with 3 other ladies. The restaurant and bar is beautiful and inviting. Stacey was our waitress and she was super friendly and attentive. We enjoyed some tastings of crab cake and tuna crud. Both were amazing! We also indulged on the braised short ribs and flounder, which was a delicious experience. We topped the night off with a homeade chocolate torte with gelato and a large serving of creme brule with a cool display of of camelizing the top tableside. The best part of the experience was when chef JC visited our table to ensure we had a fabulous dinner, which we did. He is rich in skill and professionalism We will definitely return! Thanks for the memorable experience.
We are on a driving tour through the South. We just left The Cloister at Sea Island, GA, which is supposed to have fabulous restaurants. Our experience with the food and service here at Bistronomy was far above anything we’ve experienced so far on this trip. The scallops with green curry beurre blanc and the octopus were great. The house wine was very good. The service was outstanding. This place is fabulous!
