My keto tacos were in a pool of watery liquid. I had to eat them with a spoon. The mangoneada did not have any mango in it at all whatsoever. It did not taste like mango at all. I actually do not know what we got. It was 100% sour. No sweetness at all and does not look anything like the pictures. It tasted like straight chamoy. We threw it away. He forgot to give us the consommé for my daughter's quesabirria. Her beans were very watery. The churros at Costco are better. My tacos and the quesabirria were so salty we could barely eat them. I haven't checked in with my son yet to see how his Asada fries are but will update after I do. I had high hopes for this place after seeing people rave about them on Facebook. I think I would have to say this is the worst $80 I have ever spent on foo

Authentic Street Style Tacos The guys were very friendly and kind hearted. Welcomed with great hospitality. Tacos for very ridiculous low price for a great quality and quantity. Its a great place to try out new food. Guys this is the place for a quiet date lol 😂 Dude handed me that bag of onions like it was a Breaking Bad episode. He said “Okay Taco”. Downs Truck Looks sketchy but man the food was a great pleasure. Limited seating. Guys don’t speak English but they are well spoken.

Loved this place and became a regular for a brief period but unfortunately will probably not be going back after tonight. I won’t knock on the food because every time I’ve had it, it’s been great. I understand it is busy being taco Tuesday but an entire meal was left out of our order and when my husband went back to go get it, it wasn’t even made a priority. Last on the list to the other customers in line. By that point the rest of our food is cold from waiting another 45 minutes for a meal. Just two cheese tacos with rice and beans. Not to mention false advertising on the prices. My husband ordered himself two burritos that on one sign (that he pointed to the cashier), are labeled as $4.99. We had dinner here last night. Sunny evening by the lake.. the tacos are generous and delicious, the staff friendly and good at getting you your order quickly. Really happy they finally have birria in Lake-Stevens. Yes, I gave 5 for atmosphere! It's a food truck and they still make you happy! Try the mango water if they have any left. Update We reheated two of our tacos next day and they were maybe even better! Crunchy and wonderful.

You have to try the Birria! There are many ways to enjoy it. They have a Birria plate for sharing (make sure to ask for tortillas). Birria Pizza is flavorful and great for sharing. For another type of experience try the fusion food Birria Ramen. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They also have lettuce wrap tacos and tacos al pastor.
