Birdies at Bangor Muni

Good quality food with a couple interesting options that you won't find at a basic snack shack. Fairly reasonably priced, and the deck has a nice view. It's shaded in the afternoon too so you're not out there baking if it's hot out. I don't golf, I just come here to eat.

Overall, this place gets a solid fooooooore! And not just because I wanted to use that golf pun either 😂 I'd say it's more like a 4.5, but Google won't let me do .5s. The only not so great thing I have to say about it is that I was the first one to get there for the evening "rush". It's a tiny place inside and yet I saw at least 2 tables that were still dirty and two workers that seemed to be on break talking at another table (one ended up coming to wait on me). I could see if it were super packed why the tables wouldn't be clean, and I can't know for sure how long it had been since the last customers had left, but that's just me. Anywho, other than the tables, everthing else was par or better. The food was tasty. I'd have to say that the fries are probably my top 3rd favorite of recent

The smash burger was amazing, simply put. And the overall feel of this establishment is very welcoming. Perfect place to grab some food after hitting some birdies!

The menu includes 1 lb. wings for $17, either boneless or bone in. I chose the bone in because there are less carbs. There were only 6 wing pieces - 5 flats and one drummie. I think the price is outrageous for this. I won’t order them again.

Fantastic Food! What a surprise to find at a municipal golf course. High-end pub fair that is probably some of the best you will ever have. I highly recommend it even if you are not golfing at this course. There is a wonderful patio to sit on with plenty of seating indoor and out!
