Bimi Thai Express

This place just opened up so not everything looks totally set up yet. There are to tables yet but there are chairs to sit in while you wait for your to go food. The employees were all really really kind (just like the hastings location) The food is just as great as the hastings location. If you like spicy, let them know! You are able to order up to a level 5 on spiciness if you like! I ordered chicken pad see ew (4 out of 5) and it was fantastic! The spice was perfect and it was all seasoned well! The pork gyoza was crispy on the outside, moist on the inside! No complaints! The last thing ordered was orange chicken. I've never been a big orange chicken person but I did try it for research purposes. It probably had the most scratch made vibes out of any orange chicken I've ever seen. There

So happy to have Bimi Thai Express in Red Wing! We ordered the Khao Soi, Pad See Eiw, and Veggie Egg Rolls. All were delicious and they were quicker than they quoted in preparing the order despite being very busy! 10/10 recommend!

Really bummed, I was excited to try this location after seeing all the good reviews. Half of the noodles in my pad thai were inedible—either crunchy or gummy. Hastings is much better, going there from now on.

The food here is excellent. We've ordered take-out a few times now and the whole family has loved everything we've ordered - pad thai, eggrolls, rice amongst others. Having said that, please hire some additional workers. We ordered takeout on a Tuesday night. The place had approximately 10 customers waiting on the inside but nobody behind the cash register asking their names or welcoming in customers coming through the door. One of the workers behind the cash register was working her tail off, simultaneously boxing food, bagging it and posting new online orders. Our order wasn't called until around 25 minutes after the online estimate.
