BIGGBY COFFEE

I was so excited for this location to open! I went for the grand opening and it was excellent service! The food and drinks were phenomenal and all of the workers were so sweet and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They were also cheering each other on saying great job to each other. It was great to see. Will definitely be back regularly! Thank you for your service and positive attitudes! :)

I had never heard of BIGGBY and was actually on my way to Tim Hortons when I saw it and decided to give it a try. It blows Starbucks, Dunkin, and Tim’s out of the water it was fabulous and the staff was so friendly. Pricing was pretty standard coffee shop prices. I got a red velvet cold brew and plain bagel. They even drew a heart with the syrup on my cold brew, I will be back! Only thing was they advertised the red velvet cold brew with chocolate chips on top and mine didn’t have any but I think I wouldn’t of wanted them anyway.

So good! I tried the butter bear drink and it’s definitely my new favorite! Everybody was super friendly and the service was very fast. If you’re looking for high-quality coffee this is the spot.

This Biggby is take-out only, using drive-thru and a walk-up window (like an ice cream shop)! There is not an indoor ordering/sitting option. The staff members were so nice and friendly. It's like a breath of fresh air to be able to enjoy good customer service. The staff member provided the credit card reader to me so I could verify the amount being charged, she did not handle my credit card at all. I am so happy this Biggby location is open now, and that the Biggby presence in Columbus has been growing. I absolutely love the Mocha Mocha, hot, one less pump of chocolate. It's my favorite, so much better than other coffee chains. Biggby has a rewards card, after so many purchases, you get a free something. (I usually get a giant mocha mocha for my freebie). If Starbucks just isnt doing it for you anymore, may I suggest this delicious coffee alternative? They also have great smoothies if you arent a caffeine fiend! Excited I dont have to drive far away to get my fix anymore!
