BIGGBY COFFEE

It’s exciting to see a new business open its doors in Napoleon, especially a beloved coffee chain like Biggby’s. I was fortunate enough to be one of the first customers at the new location today and I was impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, despite the obvious nerves of a grand opening. They were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to assist. The store itself was clean and inviting, with a modern, yet cozy atmosphere in spite of it being an old Subway. I look forward to returning to Bigby’s and supporting this new addition to our community. Btw my Iced Chai 🙏🙂‍↕️ Thank you

During happy hour I was informed that I couldn’t only get the half off unless I liked their page. Since when is that a rule? They shouldn’t be promoting happy hour unless they put that clause on the sign as well.

Hannah and Kiley AM crew 9/7 are amazing. That being said multiple times i have come in on a weekend and it is super busy, they only have two baristas here. That is unfair to them to have to deal with non stop rush on their own. Management needs to staff accordingly for a shift and at a higher pay rate.

Kelley & Dani are AMAZING! Took care of a huge order for me and did it all with a smile! Great team work and awesome service.

Stopped here when they were sooo busy on 9/7/25 and Kylie and her coworker on were wonderful. They were kind and friendly and working so hard. Everything was wonderful. These girls need a raise and an extra coworker.
