BIGGBY COFFEE

Usually I dont have any issues with this location but today was a different story. I got a coffee asked for it frozen recieved it hot, ok no biggie it happens. Ordered a sandwhich and I got the honey biscuit added egg. But my top biscuit was literally in 2 small pieces. Why would you serve this to a customer? They were not slammed nobody behind me in the drive through. Why not just remake it? It basically became a open faced sandwich. I understand things happen, people have bad days but this was definitely just a I didnt wanna remake it moment I think. Please dont send food like this to the customer. I didnt see the sandwich until I got to work and opened it. Will Definitely have to start looking before I leave the parking lot now.

The lady at the cashier in the drive-thru was super friendly. I really liked that she gave me a discount and allowed a coupon that was for a different area. She even threw in a free drink that someone accidently forgot when they drove away. The reason for my LOW review is because I think there was a DISCONNECT between whoever took my order (I think it was a guy that took my order) and the people making the food. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bragal, but the egg was forgotten😢. Also don't be conservative with the cream cheese. I had barely any on it. A very sad morning for my stomach 😩. Very sour about my breakfast experience cause Biggby is not the cheapest place for food so please double-check that you are making the food correctly. I even threw in a tip due to the friendly atmosphere

This location is hidden right outside of a business park. Looks like it used to be an insurance office or some kind. Stop by during lunch to get some coffee. Iced latte is ok. Not very strong compare to a local cafe. Maybe the beans are old or not enough espresso. 20oz is $6 with tax, so about $2 cheaper than Starbucks I think

Came through and ordered a plain bagel with butter. They did not toast my bagel when I told them that my bagel was cold. She tried telling me it was because Because I ordered it 15 minutes ago and I’m like no I know what the difference between a toasted bagel and a non-toasted bagel! So then the drive-through person tried to tell me it was my fault. No, you got my order wrong. They always have different people there. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.. Wish I knew how to get a hold of their district manager!

I ordered my coffee online like any other day at this location like I always do, had the worst experience by far, and honestly very dissatisfied with the way they acted, started off with being rude at the drive through stating that they didn’t have an online order, and said it super shitty!, my husband went in to go grab it, and they got rude with him and said your order is coming, when he got the drink she passed them over the counter rude as hell, my husband went to leave with 2 drinks and donuts in his hand and he used his boot to open the door and they said it wasn’t necessary when he’s literally carrying 3 items out with no HANDS!!, but can’t offer a drink carrier, and he told them they didn’t have to be rude, whatever older male that works in there walked up on my husband and followe
