Everything was great. We are in the restaurant. My double burger and chicken strips were delicious, the service was prompt and the restaurant was clean.

Fast and delicious, was not disappointing. Everything was hot and exactly what we ordered. I usually get a cheeseburger and cheese curds because I love cheese. The chicken basket is a classic favorite of my partner so he always gets that. Something to note is that the employees are different on different days, just like any other fast food chain; and sometimes they run out of things such as chicken tenders, sauces, ect. Just like any established business would if it was serving hundreds of people every single day.

The ice cream was good but the staff are from a part of the world where it is culturally acceptable to handle all parts of your ice cream cone with bare hands after touching the cash register and money. HEY GUY DO YOU SEE THE PAPER PART? THAT’S THE PART YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO TOUCH!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves attention. I ordered a cotton candy Blizzard and was shocked to find random chunks of chocolate in it — completely ruined the flavor. My chicken strip basket came with maybe 12 fries total, which felt more like a sampler than a meal. The cleanliness was extremely poor. I went through the drive-thru and received a bag that was greasy inside and out. Even the ranch cup was sticky and thick with who-knows-what on it. My napkins? Crumpled up and greasy too — completely unusable. To top it all off, the customer service was non-existent. No smile, no “have a nice day,” just a flat “here’s your food.” It used to be a fun place to go, but this location has clearly gone downhill. Avoid! Prices are double the price in kalispell. Not worth it. Did an online order, called to cancel right away. They will not answer the phone. I was still charged you even thought the pick up time was after they are closed and I tried calling, left a VM. (It was a blizzard and a soda not food). This local owner is also avoid emails from Corporate. Just avoid this location, you will never be refunded for services you never received.
