The Eatery at Bigfork

Came from out of town and had this place on my list. It was delicious! I got the birria nachos, which were the best nachos I've ever had. You can taste that they were fresh and homemade(including the chips). Service was prompt and friendly, the owner knows what he's doing! Put this on your list to try, you won't be disappointed!

We stopped in at this locally owned spot and had their Loco Fries and Steak Tacos. The food, service, and atmosphere were all good overall, and we’d definitely go back to try more from their huge menu! They’ve got cornhole and axe throwing for some added fun, and it’s dog-friendly too.

Located right off Montana Highway 35, this is a convenient and reliable stop for a casual meal near Flathead Lake. The menu is surprisingly diverse, offering everything from hearty breakfast burritos to flavorful birria tacos and smash burgers. We enjoyed the laid-back, quirky atmosphere and found the outdoor seating area perfect for a sunny afternoon. While the service was friendly and welcoming, the food did take a bit longer than expected to arrive during the lunch rush. It’s a solid local spot with fresh ingredients, though the prices are a little high for a counter-service style establishment.

Stopped by on a Monday for lunch. We had a large party so we sat outside. Our server was friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. I ordered the grande Burrito and it was delicious! It was too much for me to eat, but I gave it a dang good try! Our server brought us some chips and salsa while we were waiting for our food and honestly, although a simple dish, was some of the best I’ve had. I want to go back just for the chips and salsa!! Overall we had a great experience here and I wish they were a bit closer to Texas!!!

This little place in Bigfork is a hidden gem! The food was incredible, especially the birria – seriously amazing. But what really made it special was the service. The manager, Joe, was so friendly and welcoming, it felt like visiting an old friend. The whole place has this cozy, comfortable vibe, and honestly, I had a better experience here than at some fancy five-star restaurants. If you're looking for delicious food and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this is the place to go!
