Clean relaxed interior atmosphere. The owner was friendly, but overwhelmed on the day we visited (short staffed maybe?). Long wait for ordering and food. The French Fries were hot and fresh, but we waited for 30 mins for our food (and there was no one in line when we got there). The pulled pork sandwich was OK, no distintive smoke flavor. The loaded nachos were good, but pricey. Three stars because of the long wait and underwhelming pulled pork.
Pulled pork was tender and moist with good flavor. The Mac & cheese and baked bend were ok, but could use a little extra rich to make them really good.
I’ve been going to Charlie for my Staunton bbq needs ever since he opened. He is the friendliest, most accommodating person, and his food is always on point. Wish I lived in Staunton!
Great experience! Food was delicious, 10/10, as well as service!! Definitely give them a visit. Love supporting Local Businesses and this one did not disappoint!
Great food! Jerk Chicken wings and Mac n cheese 10/10. Service from the owner was great.
