I loved going to Trico's for over 30 years but unfortunately it was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. What a relief it was that Big Daddy's continued the tradition! Dana, Jayden and Nick are most helpful and very knowledgeable. It's easy to create a delicious gourmet seafood dinner, like shrimp with squid ink linguine and shrimp/spinach pasta, with freshest local shrimp anywhere. Big Daddy's also has a variety of other types of seafood readily available. Great market!!

Great little place to get your seafood and seasonings. Clean, smells good , plenty to choose from with fair prices. Highly recommend!!!

Recommended: Pink shrimp: They come in four sizes, and I chose the smallest one that they can help make. It has a bit of heat after cooking and is very appetizing! Serve with cocktail sauce (wasabi, wine, ketchup, etc.) for extra freshness. .Rock Shrimp: It tastes like a crayfish and the skin is easy to peel, just remove the strings and seeds. It's the perfect snack for binge-watching! And it's affordable. Stone Crabs: This store has four sizes of stone crabs, I bought the largest, four stone crabs for $100. Great seafood shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We stopped in here the whole week we were in Ft Myers. Triple tail was soooo good and the shrimp are so fresh! Will definitely be our go to for seafood when we return in future.

Big Daddy’s Seafood is an excellent fish store in Fort Myers Beach. The seafood is absolutely fresh and clearly great quality - you can really tell they know what they’re doing. The staff were also super nice, helpful, and welcoming, making the whole experience easy and pleasant. If you want fresh fish/seafood to take home and cook, this is the place. 5 stars!
