Big Apple Pizza & Pasta

Extremely disappointing! Order was still incorrect after it was “verified” and what I did receive was cold, sub rolls soggy. Eggplant in sub still frozen. The chicken bacon “wraps”basically, just food thrown in a container. Never written a review for anything but this was that bad. Just absolutely terrible.

Been ordering from this place for years. Had a birthday tonight and wanted pizza to keep things simple. They forced Uber Eats delivery usage and the driver dropped off to the wrong address and wouldnt respond to our calls. So we call Big Apple and are told there is nothing they can do. Its not even 6:30pm on a Monday and the owner is forcing the poor girl on the phone to give my mother some nonsense runaround about how they cant dispatch another driver in the system or whatever. Here's the bottom line Big Apple; Uber screwed your delivery up and you gave your customer excuses and nonsense instead of doing the obvious; attempting to contact the Uber driver and, when that fails, sending a fresh order to your customer and sorting out your ire with Uber without involving the customer. They moved away from Grande. I completely understand cutting costs to $ave, but going from the Best Pizza Cheese available to something that's "just as good" is like trading a Porsche for a Pontiac & claiming "it's just as good" Loyal customer cant replace Grande Brand, but they can ewplaxe their Go-To Pizzaria

The owner Robert is a great guy. He works hard to put out good food. I love their Pizza, but the wings I would not suggest. They are baked first and then fried to order. I asked for mine well done but the person who cooked them didn't get the memo. The skin was soft and rubbery and the meat was tough. Sauce tasted like it came out of a jar.

Nice place with good food. Order ahead because you may have to wait a little bit. Meatballs are great. Pizza is as close to the real deal in NY. Place is a little small if you dine in, but you certainly can eat there. The staff has been very nice everything we have gone.
