Customer Reviews
From the warm welcome to the last sip of a crafted cocktail, everything flows effortlessly. Each dish arrives beautifully composed and full of flavor, the service feels intuitive, and the ambiance wraps you in a vibrant energy. It’s the kind of place where time slows down and conversations deepen. Thank you guys!!
Amazing service and incredible food! The seabass was the best I’ve ever had — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The mango dessert was light, refreshing, and delicious. And the octopus? Absolutely outstanding — tender and flavorful. Highly recommend for a special evening in Aspen!
Service by Benjamin was top-notch and the Elk Creole dish was absolutely delicious as was their bread. But the Seared Chilean Seabass left a lot to be desired— the sickly brown sauce was so salty it killed the dish and tasted like it came from a bottle — it needed a lighter more elegant composition.
Great service and delicious food - highly recommend! It was hard to find the entrance at first, do not try to go to it via the back alley, there is a staircase on E cooper ave!
Betula used to be one of my favorite dinner spots in Aspen, but over the past two years it has declined significantly. Food consistency is a major issue. You can order the exact same dish on different visits and have completely different outcomes. Sometimes it is good, other times it is poorly executed, which shows a lack of quality control in the kitchen. The bar program has fallen apart. This used to be one of my favorite places in Aspen for an Old Fashioned, which makes the decline even more noticeable. Drink execution is now terrible across the board. Cocktails are sloppy, unbalanced, and careless, which is especially disappointing given how strong the bar used to be. The beverage program overall is the most troubling part. The wine list is full of typos and misleading descriptions
