Five stars — and I don’t say that lightly. I just tried Better Health Gourmet Kitchen in Little Silver, and I was honestly blown away. From the moment I walked in, the staff and service were incredible — super friendly, welcoming, and happy to explain the menu. You can immediately tell this place is all about quality. Everything is fresh, made to order, and truly better-for-you food that actually tastes amazing. Smoothies, açai bowls, salads, wraps, bowls, pizza, burgers — all made fresh in-house with high-quality ingredients, including organic chicken, house-made sauces, and gluten-free pizza options. I had such a great experience at Better Gourmet! The food was incredibly fresh, healthy, and full of flavor — without feeling like you’re sacrificing taste for nutrition. Everything was clean, well-prepared, and thoughtfully made. It’s so refreshing to find a spot that truly balances wholesome ingredients with delicious flavor. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!

Better Gourmet is the BEST local lunch spot! The quality and taste of the food, the friendly faces, the cleanliness...all TOP NOTCH! I absolutely love their Buffalo Chicken Wrap! I always went there when I lived in Staten Island- so happy we have one now in NJ! Best new spot in Little Silver, NJ! A must try- You will love everything on the menu!!⭐️

Absolutely amazing! Can’t say enough great things. Have been eating at their Staten Island locations for many many years until I moved. Couldn’t be happier to have 2 locations now in Monmouth county! Try the fusions bowls they are incredible

I work next door. I have ordered from them 3 times. Everything was fresh and very delicious. When it was delivered my food was still warm. I am a fan♥️. All the employees are very nice.
