Better Blend - Independence

I really enjoy Better Blend’s açaí bowls and love being able to build my own, which is why I order multiple times a week. Since moving, the Independence location has become my go-to. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently had issues with my orders at this location. Almost every time I order online, my bowl is either missing toppings or has toppings added that I didn’t select. When you’re customizing and paying for specific ingredients, accuracy really matters. Today’s order was one too many incorrect experiences, and it’s disappointing because I genuinely love the product. I hope this location can improve order accuracy, especially for online and delivery orders. For now, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I love this place! Every time I go, I’m welcomed with a warm smile and nice greeting. The employees are quick and well mannered. I HIGHLY recommend Better Blends for a quick snack or meal!

I was thrilled when I found out Better Blend was coming to Independence! The Super Bowl is my favorite and I love that there's no added sugar in the acai base. My husband likes the Mango Tango. We work in the community and pick up Better Blend multiples times a week for lunch. The service is awesome and the staff is so friendly. Big fans!!

Better Blend has become a staple to my diet. After getting very sick at the end of November, I had to find a way to get enough nutrients, especially protein and such, and Better Blend was the answer. I've not felt this good in a long time! Thank you so much!
