Marissa is such a sweetheart with an incredible talent! I needed a cake for my wedding and it was not only stunning in appearance but the flavor was addicting! Better Baked by Riss is arguably the BEST gourmet bakery in the tristate area! I have ordered a multitude of items from this bakery and Marissa Otto’s creativity never ceases to amaze me. I was planning a Sweet 16th party for my daughter and I happened to come across Better Baked by Riss. I wanted someone to make a cake that would be equally as beautiful on the outside and taste delicious as well. Riss cake was beyond AMAZING! The cake was gorgeous and very moist on the inside. She is very talented at what she does and pays attention to detail. I’ve had her other baked goods and candy. They certainly do not disappoint either! Riss is warm, friendly and easy to talk to.
