Beto’s Mexican Food 🇲🇽

Beto’s Mexican Food in Herriman is exactly where a Mexican joint should be, right in the middle of all the homies, blasting Latino energy into the drive-thru line, like it’s rush hour in Tijuana. The salsa? ¡Órale! That hot sauce started out mild, then suddenly hit harder than your tío’s chancla at a quinceañera!! WAY better going in than it ever will coming out, if you catch my drift! #chicharon The drive-thru wait felt eternal, but only because the Suburban in front of me was stacking 14 burritos deep for their 14 chamacos, each one hashtag blessed and probably raised on chicharón breakfast tacos. I didn’t even mind though, I had time to admire the neon sign glowing like a beacon for late night cravings and questionable decisions! R.I.P. my toilet manana But here’s where things went

Beto’s was great and I’m glad we finally have one in Herriman! We got the Carne Asada Fries and the Carne Asada Quesadilla and they were both amazing. There are nice views and the building was clean.

I know it can take a new location a while to get on its feet and running well, so I have kept coming back to this location in the hopes that it would improve. Unfortunately it hasn't. I have consistently been given the wrong order, inconsistent portions, inconsistent ratios of ingredients within the burrito, and missing add ons. With their competitor being a couple minutes down the road I will drive there. I REALLY wanted this location to be good. I've included a picture of my most recent teeny tiny steak and egg burrito with added sour cream. (Sour cream missing of course)

Okay so Beto’s is new in Riverton, we’ve always had alibertos. Decided to try it since it’s a block away from my house. I’ve had “Beto’s” before in Orem and Draper. Tell me why I spend almost 40 dollars on a burrito and nachos and ask for a many salsas they can give me. I was told 4 red 4 green (1 oz) promo portions for a burrito bigger than the face eating it and nachos. I had to BUY salsa that should have been included. Idk about you but dipping nachos into salsa is a thing. I spent over 40 dollars tonight on two items. This would have been 28 at Alberto’s. Since when is a basic (watered down green salsa and red salsa that one wasn’t watered down worth 5 dollars each!!!) sorry if I’m spending this amount on two items with a basic red or green salsa I’m NEVER COMING HERE. Drive a mile up

Incredibly small portions - unlike other Betos where the burritos are huge. This place gives you half the size. The meat always taste close to expired as well. So with the small portions and poor quality ingredients they are lucky they are getting even 1 star. Would not recommend this location at all.
