The window and light said open til 10pm. We went through drive through today @ 9:30pn and ordered a #12 no veggies, guac or sour cream. A super nacho just beans meat cheese and sour cream and a chicken sopas just meat bean and cheese. I am allergic to the sour cream and guac. We didn’t get any drinks even though it was a meal, we didn’t get any sauces and they didn’t do the order right. They put everything on the nachos and the sopas. And the lady at the window was super rude. When I got home I tried calling the place since it was supposed to be still open and no one would answer the phone. I took pics and will be going down in the morning to get my money back. This ticks me off. I should have just made me something at home to eat. Won’t be going there again

Came to get food tonight. Ordered a kids bean and cheese burrito meal and carne asada fry. Came home and had to kids meals… I told the person at the drive thru 3 times my order and still got it wrong. $28 for two burritos.

I’m currently waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Not because of a long line. The opposite, I’m the only customer here. Their payment system didn’t recognize my transaction so even though the charge is showing on my card they refused to give me the food. Absolutely ridiculous and I’ll bet the food is going to be awful because they’re annoyed with me.

They were upset with my family because our order was big. We paid $180 for food that made us sick and my 15 year old found a metal bottle cap in his burrito.

Asked for a shrimp taco with just lettuce and mayo got two tortillas. Way too many tomatoes which I’m allergic to and 5 shrim and not much lettuce. That’s the second tortilla and all the tomato. My part of a dinner 5 shrimp. Half a tortilla and the lettuce n mayo also asked for no opinions as well with ton tomatoes.asked for a chicken chimichanga. Didn’t know they put loads of beans in as they have never done the last several times. Can’t find the chicken. Only beans
