Sunshine Ice Shack

Was really excited to try out this place. The customer service was subpar. The girls were not enthusiastic and were very rude when I saw them making the snowcone without ice cream and cream even though I ordered one of the combination flavors and directly on the sign, it said that all of those flavors came with ice cream and cream, and the girl tells me I have to ask for it. They then make my daughter snow cone. It was supposed to be a small flat top snowcone and instead they fill it up like 3/4 the way. So that is a complete rob of my money. Overall the snowcones taste delicious which is too bad that the customer service was awful.

The first time I went here they did not offer me the ice cream and cream on my snow cone…then the second time I went there they asked me if I wanted the ice cream and cream! I almost lost my mind I was like YES PLEASE!!! And ever sense I don’t get anything but! The girls have been friendly and fast except one day, but I did bring it up at my next visit and they made it right 🫶

Went to drive thru but because how the bhut is setup it is very hard to get close. So, my husband went to counter to be told its the drive up and we need to pull over there. But, instead of taking or order the very rude teenager helped her friends- that came after us - at the walk up first, all 5 of them. Will never go back, rather not have a very expensive snowcone then to deal with a very rude teen.

We ordered 3 slushies... ▪︎ sm. sour pink lemonade with sprinkles ▪︎ med. banana ▪︎ med. Kiwi / watermelon We were very pleased with them. The fun friendly and pleasant atmosphere was a huge plus...

Great place and awesome snow cones. They make them so good. The ice is so smooth. And they add a lot of flavorings.
