Best Western Executive Inn & Suites

The rooms were clean and reasonably priced. The stairways smelled like pot. The indoor pool was way too cold. The hot tub was out of order. No towels were available for the polar plunge.

Positive: I like my 1st room better other than roaches. the 2nd room was a disaster. Negative: The plumbing the pipes leaking the mattress in second was horrible. It was low to the floor and it hurt like hell, the sink backed up throughout stay . The pipes under sink leaking all day a night. The owner told me next is cheaper go there. Rude gesture

We enjoyed our stay this weekend. Ronnie went above and beyond with the breakfast service, and helping us to deal with a non-functioning desk light. One word of warning - the sign on ground level is small (~2’x4’?) and easy to miss. The building sits farther back from the road than the hotel next door, so we missed it and had to circle back to it.

Hotel is tucked behind other businesses, right next to a Christmas store. Very friendly receptionist - blonde - quite helpful and knowledgeable about local restaurants.|Room was great - also had big comfy chair with footrest. Bathroom sink is outside the room with toilet and shower - good design.We were on the bottom floor and dreaded the thought of people stomping upstairs, but we heard nothing all night. Wonderful beds and linens. Shower is great - easily adjustable head, shower curtain on rod curving outward to give extra room.|All very good.|Breakfast is fine - sausage, eggs, waffles (excellent), biscuits and gravy, cereals, a few pastries. I checked into a room and the next evening discovered bed bugs. They moved me to a new room only to discover that bed also had bed bugs. I had to change hotels at 11pm and no refund was offered. The guy working said “maybe we can refund 1 night but you have to call the manager.” Not to mention what are the odds two rooms had the same bugs…..obviously there is a cleanliness problem. I would not recommend at all.
