Beneci's D'Italia Cucina

They have full staff but Super POOR management, SHAME. They mixed our order, we ordered different things and we got totally different orders… never apologized… to get water refilled, you must wait about an hour, also an hour after you told them to refill it. If you didn’t tell them, I think they NOT gonna refill it. We stayed in the hotel and it was snowing and we didn’t have choice to go to other local restaurants. We had to visit that restaurant 6 mines during our stay, for breakfast, lunch and dinner … all the time the same result, they had 6 chances but … it means they …. I’m from NYC, come and learn from NYC restaurants how to manage and run restaurant business. SHAME 🥴

A complete melting pot & the best “hotel restaurant” I’ve yet to experience. Branzino was amazing & the pasta was phenomenal! Also had affogato & crème brule. Everything was very delicious! Austin & Luis were kind & accommodating. I happen to be staying at the hotel here for Christmas & usually you have very low expectations for your hotel restaurant & truthfully I often skip them entirely but after driving 4 hours to get here & seeing the other reviews, my spouse convinced me it would be ok & we were not disappointed by any means. In fact we plan on returning during the day because the view here is AMAZING! Don’t skip it!

The lamb chops at Beneci's are just superb, perfectly grilled and melt in your mouth, served with arancini balls filled with mushroom risotto. Tiramisu for dessert was absolutely delicious. Service is extremely attentive. This spot is a true hidden gem with great views of the NYC skyline.

Had an absolutely incredible experience at this restaurant, all thanks to our amazing waitress, Emma! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcomed and special. She even acknowledged our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch! Her service was top-notch – attentive, friendly, and so genuine. The food was beyond spectacular, and we left feeling completely satisfied. Every detail of the evening felt warm and personal, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much, Emma, for making our night unforgettable! Highly recommend this place!

Served by Luis - It was an amazing experience and made us go back 4 times during our 2 day trip to Hoboken. Amazing customer service. Loved the food especially their Bruschetta and the margarita pizza. Would also recommend the Salmon and the Gnocchi. They even made Vegetarian Arrabbiata for me even though it was not on the menu.
