Weehawken Free Public Library

I fell in love with this building 27 years ago, and finally visited it. I was not disappointed. The librarian, Debbie, told my daughter and me some of the history, and allowed us as much time as we wanted to investigate and explore the interior and exterior of the building. The facilities for children are amazing, and there is a calm about the building that makes one want to curl up for an hour or two with a good book. A very welcoming place and a lovely librarian.

Very Nice , Comfortable and Peaceful place to do your reading and computer work. Staff is excellent customer service support and professional. Great place to study! Recommended AAA+

Strange people hanging out there..seriously!, bathrooms are scarce for huge library, wait time is about 20 minutes if someone is in there, (unisex bathrooms :( no drinking while there (so if you get thirsty, leave your chair and go to the nearest 7-11, No parking ( 5 spaces) or Also library is like a maze and different levels may get lost..also park on very crowded street.... 👎

A beautiful place, great facilities and a lovely community! I went there to get some writing done. They provide free wifi and affordable printing as well (10 cents per page).

Beautiful building and Debbie was very helpful telling us about the history. Could have stayed for hours curled up reading in the round room!
