The ice cream was decent, and the cones were fresh. The store was kept clean, which added to the overall good experience. However, the prices were a bit high, and I would appreciate more flavor options.

Ben & Jerry's desserts speak for themselves, always delectable and the right amount of sweet with unique flavors available even for vegans. Add to that the clean atmosphere and friendly staff who welcomed us to photograph our engaged couple on site and you get delicious results every time!

Amazing as always! Stocked with all the finest ice creams in life! Fast and friendly service dishing up all the greatest creations made the Ben and Jerry way! Thanks for having dairy free options and the best waffle cones on the planet!

After a long walk at Watkins Glen State Park we deserved a treat. 🍦 Ben and Jerry’s was the perfect place to stop. 🛑 The flavor choices and combinations of ingredients at this location, Awesome 😎 Having a non-dairy flavor was great for my family. We Loved the non-dairy chocolate chip cookie dough, and the chocolate fudge brownie. ❤️

Ben and Jerry’s delicious ice cream served up whatever way you like it. While the place was busy we were served quickly. Well staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people. Stopped here after a visit to Watkins Glen State Park. Great way to treat ourselves after climbing the gorge and all 800 stairs!
