Ben and Bill's of Edgartown

Love the oak bluffs location of Ben and Bills’s so we were excited to try the newly opened location in Edgartown. It’s significantly smaller than the other location and as such has a tighter selection of candy and particularly chocolate which was disappointing. There were only a few chocolate truffle options and they seemed unclear about which flavor was which. Hopefully that will shake out once they have been open for a bit longer. There was only one group ahead of us and service was quick and efficient. I really enjoyed the grapenuts flavor but my husband was soso on the cookies and cream and chocolate chip.

Delicious homemade ice cream! We had a small cup of grape nut and a small cup of chocolate peanut butter cookie dough. Portion was generous and every bite was so yummy!

If you want to try lobster ice cream, they have it! They were kind enough to let me try a sample, but I had to ultimately go with my favorite- coffee heath bar in a waffle cone. Delicious!

Nothing to write home about, the ice cream is pretty icy (lots of ice crystals), which isn’t my thing.

Great and timely service for the most part! Very happy for the new location in town.
