Bellevue Public Library

My mom went there to do some stuff on the computer and was helped by an employee and this employee was very rude to her. She basically, in other words, called her stupid. Very unprofessional. Don't treat the guests in an unprofessional way or be rude to them or insult them. Im very upset that my mom had to go through this ordeal. If I knew her name, I would post it on this review and suggest that she get reprimanded for her behavior. If I do find out her name, I will post it later in the future. Don't disrespect my mom. She is my fanily and I will go out of my way to make sure people, who treat her as such, will get fired for their poor behavior. It's not hard to be kind.

The staff is very knowledgeable & always eager to help. Whoever is in charge of this web page needs to update it with photos of the new library. It's beautiful!

I love this library! I will admit I haven’t owned a library card in 20+ years too. They always have a great collection of books available, and the employees are so friendly. Checking out is always quick and painless. They have lots of family events according to the emails I receive. I love their pet program that allows dogs to sit in with readers.

I love it here. The (new) building is gorgeous, inviting. (I moved here after the old building closed.) The staff is great, the events for adults and children are so fun! I’m so glad there is a place I can take my kids regularly and know that everyone will enjoy it.
