Belle Isle Seafood

Visited July 12 Went here with my wife and her sister on a Saturday afternoon and it was a great time. Food was delicious. Got a classic lobster roll and my wife got a bunch of lobster with some onion rings as she can't eat gluten. Beautiful location on the water with lots of seating inside and outside. Came here after watching the Anthony Bourdain episode where he goes here. Highly recommend!

I know I gave 4 however it’s one of the best seafood places in all of MA. I’m not American and I found the cold lobster sandwich to not be the best, I mean get it but manage your expectations. The fried platter is amazing albeit a bit oily. Onion rings are amazing. Service can be improved as I has to stand up twice and go to the counter to ask for stuff, 2 of the stuff completely avoided looking at our table for 5 minutes straight knowing I wanted to ask for something lol. CASH ONLY!

Beautiful day to enjoy an outdoor lunch with my husband. Oh boy did we. Restaurant very clean & welcoming. Service friendly, efficient, professional. View was excellent, blue skies, boats on the water, got to watch planes take off & land. Now the food, amazing. We both order seafood combo plates. We each ordered our own, assuming a seafood combo plate priced in the mid $30’s wouldn’t have a lot of seafood, mostly fries wow 👀 were we wrong. 2 fairly large fresh Haddock filletscooked perfectly, at least 9 sea scallops, several Shrimp & whole belly clams. Fries, onion rings, Cole claw, tarta sauce & cocktail sauce all cooked perfectly & delicious. We ate all we possibly could & will be enjoying the left overs for dinner. This is a must try 😊

The service was terrific, and the staff was kind and accommodating. They even brought me Old Bay so I could spice it up. The view was great, and it’s not far from the airport. However, the fries had no salt or seasoning; they were hot. The crab cakes either had a lot of breading or an odd taste of bread. Some may like it, but I may be spoiled having had crab cakes from Baltimore. It’s a lovely spot; maybe other items are worth trying.

Very good food. Had the Lobster Roll. Fresh and tasty. My daughter had the Cajun shrimp. It was fantastic!
