Belin House

For a small cafe within the Hadley grounds, the food is very thought out and of high quality. The crab cakes were legitimately some of the best my wife and I have ever had, and I mean ever! We were so impressed that we made a point to find and compliment the chef, who was very humble and gracious. We came here due to timing and location, but would love to return should the opportunity to visit with family arise again.

The food was good. But the menu was confusing. It said hot dog $2.00 with tater tots $4.00. So i order dog with tots=$4.00. Then ordered another dog $2.00. In my math book that equals $6.00. They told me it was $8.00. The gal told me it was 2.00 for each dog and 4.00 for the tots. That is not what the menu said. Please fix the menu.

We ate here while visiting the Hagley museum today and everything was delicious. There was a really good selection for such a small place and everything was very very fresh. I'm almost sad this is part of the grounds and not somewhere outside of it that I can eat at more often.

I'm a bit nervous in trying new places, but I really enjoyed my lunch. I spent 10 on a wrap, soda and cookies, so it was reasonable and delicious. So glad I tried it!

Good food all prepared on site. Modest selection but can certainly find several things you'll like. Home made sandwiches from home cooked or local grown ingredients.
