Customer Reviews
I came in for dinner tonight. My bartender was a girl named Savannah. She was so amazing and attentive. She kept my beer glass filled, and checked to see if I needed anything every step of the way. She is the epitome of the perfect bar tender or server. I will definitely be back based on my experience tonight. The kitchen as well did a superb job my burger was cooked perfectly and from order to table it was 20 minutes!
I dont know what was up with the staff last night but, we waited for over 20mins for the waitress to come back and take our order and she never came back. We tried waving a waitress down and to no avail nothing happened. We got our drinks and that was it. So we walked out. I've never had to walk out on a restaurant. Three men in front us, walked in at the same time we did and already placed their order and food sitting on their table. We won't ever be going back. We actually would go there while our children would be at Awana right down the road for a little dinner date. So time is a huge factor. We got their about 7:05pm, and finally left about 7:24pm. We ended going to five giys across the street. Much better service and much better burgers. Unfortunately you have lost two frequent cust
Sever was nice but seemed maybe a bit high or something, and I get it when I was a server people would sneak off and get high too but she just stood in the corner for 15 minutes even after we stacked all our plates and trash on the edge of the table, she wasn't on her phone or anything just staring into nothing, but that aside, I could live with that it's pretty common in franchise places like this, but the food just just horrible, I had about 3 bites of my steak sandwich and I was done eating for the rest of the day and haven't been able to be far from a toilet since and that was three days ago. My wife's meal was just simple wings and even those were still partially frozen inside so she only ate a few bites before finding that out. We didn't complain just paid and left cause we were at t
I was hesitant to write this review as I’ve never written one before, but this experience hasn’t left my mind since Saturday. Saturday evening, I dined at Beef O’ Brady’s. I have dined here several times and always had a wonderful experience. This day, I had the most amazing server, Lacy. She was sweet, attentive, knowledgeable and personable so it came as a huge surprise when a mother and daughter were sat near me and specifically requested “anyone but Lacy”, right in front of her. They came in and said hello to a few people.. after a few minutes it became apparent to me the daughter is also an employee of Beef’s, although I’ve never personally met her. Once seated, the bartender visited their table and said hello, this is when they requested “anyone but Lacy” whilst Lacy was near enough
I ordered a burger for dinner and it came with a ridiculously small bun that wouldn't cover even a child's burger. I'm guessing it was a slider bun but the waitress said lots of people are complaining but it's all they had. When you pick it up everything falls off. My husband ordered a patty melt which was barely medium rare. Most melts are cooked thru because it's a thinner patty. Finally asked to speak with manager and she was not really understanding but only to say that they ordered the wrong buns and had to finish using them. WHAT... Publix is right in the same strip mall. Unexcusable. Won't be back and that's sad. I cancelled my additional too go order. BYOB bring your own bun!
